Life doesn’t come with a manual. Just lessons, scars, and stories. This is mine.

Navigating Life’s Roller Coaster is a raw and honest memoir of love, loss, resilience, and redemption. Through heartbreak and healing, chaos and clarity, it’s a journey of finding light in the darkest places. Told with grit, grace, and a touch of humour, it’s for anyone who’s ever felt like giving up  but didn’t.

This journey isn't finished yet. But the story is taking shape. Be the first to know when it's ready.

Unedited - The Knock at the Door

It was a quiet afternoon when my mum shouted that someone was at the door for me. Confused, I rushed downstairs to find an old friend I hadn't seen in over ten years. We decided to catch up and went for a walk in the rain. Later, back at my place, we talked until he made an inappropriate advance. I screamed, but my parents thought we were just messing around. I told him to leave and never come back. He later returned to apologize, but I sent him away. This incident on Valentine's Day shattered my trust. I spiralled into isolation, stopped going to college, and struggled to cope. My tutor eventually helped me open up to my parents, but their reaction was difficult. Seeking help, I found out my tutor had shared my story, breaking my heart further.
